Spring has arrived! And so has your invitation to join a small group of us to enjoy new flavours, new techniques, new stories as well as an immersive wine journey through some Italian wines.

Some of you may remember the mini-meetup we did last year at Dummer Farm. We made Paella, Halloumi sticks, fresh dips, and we all got hands on making some incredible pizzas, all tucked away in the woodlands. It was magic! Well, I finally have the dates for our 2026 Mini Meetups and to keep these gatherings small these are very limited spots.

Easter is fast approaching and I have organised an Easter celebration in Banbury and I can not wait! Lets celebrate with some Easter recipes and activities!

You’ll notice I’ve added an "Immersive Wine Tasting" experience to the meetups this year. This is inspired by the amazing Italian wines and food pairings I discovered while traveling through Italy. I want us to sit together and taste through at least seven different wines, all with delicious food pairings as we gather around the fire under the stars.

I’m hosting these intimate events from North to South so more of you get a chance to join. The October meet even falls over my birthday, and I can’t think of a better present than spending the weekend with you all!
